Our Story

What we call re:collective began as a meeting point, not a fixed entity. It grew out of shared questions about memory, culture, and immersive technology, and about how these might touch one another in ways that are not always stable or predictable.

What we create often feels provisional—experiences that re:collect lived fragments, re:frame perception, and re:connect audiences with stories that might otherwise slip away. Our process is closer to following lines than producing objects. Fieldwork folds into design, design into storytelling, and the cycle rarely settles.

We work as a living lab, tracing how presence and absence, touch and distance, can still be felt in digital space. Rather than a clear method, we rely on a belief in doing this collectively—remembering critically, experimenting openly, and designing with uncertainty always at hand.
